PROCESS

PULLED, CURED, PAINTED.

  1. PULL

    Vinyl heated to 160°C and rotocast in an aluminum mold. One pull takes eleven minutes.

  2. CURE

    Bodies rest three days before paint. Warm vinyl remembers fingerprints.

  3. PAINT

    Faces sprayed through hand-cut masks, then brushed. Painted by hand, expect variance.
